Children from all over Brazil can attend the playful and educational concert that takes place this Saturday, 18, and will be broadcast live on Youtube; Santa Catarina Music Festival takes place in Jaraguá do Sul and completes the 20th edition
Femusc, Santa Catarina Music Festival, presents this Saturday, with live broadcast on You Tube, the concert for children “The return of the O.S.N.I.” – The unidentified symphony orchestra, where Argentine conductor Norberto Garcia plays an astronaut who travels through time and space with the orchestra to find the true meaning of music. Children from all over the country can enter the erudite world without leaving home Following the playful and educational presentation by the channel @institutofemusc, starting at 10:30 am this Saturday (18).
The story will tell about a character who is not interested in classical music and will have help from none other than the German composer Ludwig van Beethoven, who will bring The music he composed in the past for the present and the future, says the Argentine conductor Norberto Garcia.
A OSNI  -unidentified symphonic orchestra, which refers to the term UFO – Then it takes the children on an adventure through the galaxy in search of the meaning of music. The audience follows the meetings of great composers, blunders and great life lessons throughout the show. Maestro Norberto Garcia leads the expedition, and other FEMUSC teachers play historical characters to entertain children and the whole family.
In the plot, the flutist Curt Schroeter dresses up as Beethoven, a composer who appears in the festival’s new visual identity. There are also surprise participations by bassoon Benjamin Coelho, conductor Luís Lenzi and the oboist Alex Klein, conductor, founder and artistic director of the festival.
The program brings children closer to a varied repertoire, highlighting iconic works of classical music. “The works have to be interesting and challenging and at the same time, they have to be light and fun for children in the audience”, says Karina Barrionuevo, producer of the concert.
To insert children into the erudite universe, the production also has different techniques, such as staging and visual resources..
The repertoire features a dramatic composition by Johann Sebastian Bach and a vibrant march by Russian Dmitri Shostakovich, always following the adventure in outer space.
The concert will have two parts of the concert that will be presented at the Grande Teatro da SCAR – Cultural Center, in Jaraguá do Sul (SC) and divided between this next Saturday (25).
