The Great Night’s Concert this Monday of FEMUSC brings a Special Presentation Dedicated to Villa-Lobos and a guitar orchestra. The musicians will present established works such as AS  “Bachianas Brasileiras”, “Impressões Seresteiras”, “Sentimental Melody” and “Trenzinho do Caipira”. The night also has a special interpretation of the work “De Sol a Sol”, composed by the professor of Femusc E  Accordionist Toninho Ferragutti, inspired by Villa-Lobos. The event will also feature Quadro “Musically speaking”, presented by Alex Klein, who will discuss the composer’s life and work. o Great concert will be broadcast live on Youtube (youtube.com/femcoficial) from 8:30 pm.
Before, at 18:00 this Monday, the series Guitar Plus brings “A Felicidade”, by Brazilian Tom Jobim, and “A História do Tango”, by Astor Piazzolla. The work of the Argentine composer portrays the evolution of tango from its origins to the incorporation of influences from jazz and classical music. in this edition.

On Tuesday (21), the Springmann moment highlights the young Spala Nara Lee, chosen in first place among 250 students enrolled for the Femusc violin program. At 8 pm, the Concerto Música de Câmara III presents, among the works, “Aché”, by Alejandro Civilotti, about the Aché indigenous people, from Paraguay. On Wednesday (22), the Orchestra of Teachers will premiere the Concerto para Violin de Brahms, also With live broadcast on Femusc’s Youtube channel.
